Yes! Creating an account and setting up jars is completely free. There are no platform fees, only standard mobile money transaction charges apply.
How do I create a group jar?
Simply sign up, tap 'Create Jar', choose 'Group Jar', set your target, and share the invite link with your members via WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.
Can I withdraw my savings anytime?
For personal jars, yes, withdraw anytime with no restrictions. For group jars, the Admin must approve withdrawal requests to protect the group.
Which mobile money networks are supported?
Jenga Jar supports MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. Bank transfers are coming soon.
Is my money safe?
Absolutely. All funds are secured with bank-grade encryption. Admin controls and full transparency ensure every cedi is accounted for.
